This depends on a few factors including the occasion, time, and duration of the function, portions are prepared according to guest counts.
Most of our menus are priced per person our experienced staff will work with you. We will prepare enough to accommodate the event based on the initial inquiry and final counts.
For buffet and service events, we require final numbers 10 days prior to the function.
We will do our best to accommodate any late/last-minute bookings as we understand some things are not planned.
If a cancelation is made less than 7 days prior the customers may be liable for 100% of the catering cost. All deposits are non-refundable.
Yes, all of our food is delivered to you as a part of your event package pricing.
No. Catering staff will always be supplied by LaMay’s Catering.
This depends on the number of guests, style of function, and venue. There is a minimum of two staff per function which would generally be 1 x kitchen staff and one wait staff unless a bar is included.
